Abhord Quickstart Guide (Refreshed Edition — January 2026)

Abhord Quickstart Guide (Refreshed Edition — January 2026)

This practical guide walks new Abhord users from zero to value: getting set up, running your first LLM survey, interpreting results, tracking competitors, and turning insights into action.

What’s new since the last edition

  • Streamlined setup: a single “Project” now bundles models, prompts, entities, and schedules, reducing configuration overhead.
  • Smarter scoring: mentions now distinguish explicit vs. implicit brand references; sentiment adds intensity and aspect-level labels; share of voice (SOV) uses deduped brand variants.
  • Better reliability: automatic outlier filtering, retry logic across providers, and clearer confidence bands on charts.
  • Governance and scale: role-based access, audit trails, and webhooks/CSV exports for downstream BI.

1) Initial setup and configuration

  1. Create a Project
  • Go to Projects → New Project.
  • Name it after your brand or campaign (e.g., “Q1 Product Launch, US-English”).
  • Choose default language(s) and geography to match your market.
  1. Connect model providers
  • Open Settings → Model Connectors.
  • Add API keys or select preconfigured pooled access where available.
  • Set rate limits and cost guards (daily cap and per-run cap). Keep the default temperature (0.2–0.5) for consistency in benchmarking.
  1. Define your brand entities
  • Go
